累 (lèi) is the everyday word for 'tired' — used in speech for physical or mental fatigue. 辛苦 (xīnkǔ) is more about 'hard/exhausting work' and is often used as a polite expression (辛苦了). 疲劳 (píláo) is more formal/medical, like 'fatigue'.
