终点 (zhōngdiǎn) is the physical end point of a journey, race, or route — the place where something finishes. It contrasts with 目的地 (mùdìdì 'destination'), which emphasizes the goal or purpose of travel, and with 尽头 (jìntóu 'end, limit'), which is more abstract (e.g., the end of a road or a period). 起点 (qǐdiǎn) is its opposite: the starting point.
