自以为是 (zì yǐ wéi shì) is a set phrase (成语) meaning 'to be opinionated' or 'to believe oneself infallible'. It describes someone who always thinks their own views are correct and dismisses others' input. It is used as a predicate or attributive, often with 太 or 那么 for emphasis.
