艳丽 (yàn lì) describes colors, flowers, or clothing that are strikingly bright and often overly showy — it can be positive ('gorgeous') or negative ('gaudy') depending on context. 华丽 (huá lì) is more about splendor and luxury, usually positive; 亮丽 (liàng lì) simply means 'bright and beautiful' without the possible garish overtone.
