Definition
裹 (guǒ) means 'to wrap up' by covering or enveloping something, often tightly with cloth or paper. It is less common than the general 包 (bāo 'wrap') and more specific than 包裹 (bāoguǒ 'wrap up as a parcel') or 打包 (dǎbāo 'pack for moving/takeout'); 捆 (kǔn) means 'tie together' with string. 裹 also has colloquial extended senses: 'to coerce into' and 'to make off with'.
