Definition
评定 means to formally evaluate and reach a definitive judgment or rating (e.g., grading, certifying). It emphasizes the final outcome. This is more official than 评价 (general assessment) and 评估 (estimation of value/risk), and differs from 评审 (the review process itself) and 审定 (examination and approval).
