趣味 (qùwèi) refers to the inherent interest, fun, or charm of something (e.g., a book, film, or activity). It is broader than 兴趣 (xìngqù 'interest, hobby'), which is a personal feeling of wanting to learn about something, and different from 乐趣 (lèqù 'pleasure, joy'), which emphasizes the happy feeling you get from an activity. 味道 (wèidào) is only for literal taste/flavor, not for fun or delight.
