Definition
载入 is used to mean 'to load' (as in loading a computer file into memory) or 'to record' (as in entering information into a formal record). It is commonly seen in computing contexts (载入文件, 载入数据) and in formal writing (载入史册 - 'to go down in history'). Unlike 进入, which means to physically enter a place, 载入 focuses on entering data or records into a system.
