辗转 means 'to toss and turn' in bed (like 翻来覆去) or 'to pass from person to person / move from place to place'. Unlike 折腾 (which implies causing trouble or wasting effort), 辗转 focuses on the physical or figurative movement itself — it's neutral, not negative. 翻来覆去 is more vivid for the bed sense and also means 'repeatedly' in speech.
