Definition
过来 means 'to come over' — moving toward the speaker from somewhere else, often crossing a distance. Unlike 来 (general 'come'), 过来 emphasizes the movement 'over' to the speaker's location; 回来 means 'come back' (returning to a place you were before). 过来 also works as a verb complement to mean 'manage to handle' (e.g., 看不过来 'can't manage to read all').
verb
to come overcan manage to handle (as a complement after a verb, negated with 不)
