Definition
过问 means 'to look into, show concern about' something, often because one has the right or authority to do so. It can be neutral or positive, unlike 插手 and 干涉, which usually imply unwanted interference. 干预 is similar but can be neutral; 过问 emphasizes inquiry and concern rather than direct involvement.
