Definition
进军 (jìnjūn) means 'to march forward' in a military sense, and is also used figuratively for entering a new market or field with strategic intent. It differs from 入侵 (rùqīn 'to invade'), which implies hostile intrusion, and from 游行 (yóuxíng 'to march/demonstrate'), which refers to a public procession for celebration or protest.
