Definition
连着 is an adverb indicating that an action or state happens in succession without interruption. It is often placed before a verb (连着做) or before a time phrase (连着三天) to mean 'continuously for' or 'consecutively'. Note that 着 in this compound is pronounced zhāo, not zhe.
