Definition
飞贼 literally means 'flying thief' and has two main meanings. The first is a burglar who is agile enough to scale walls or enter from high places — think of a cat burglar or an acrobatic thief in martial arts stories. The second, older meaning refers to an enemy aircraft or airman during wartime, especially one that drops bombs or spies from the air. In modern usage you'll hear the first sense more often.
