Definition
饲养 (sì yǎng) means 'to raise, to rear' and is used specifically for animals — livestock, poultry, fish, pets. It contrasts with 抚养 and 养育, which are for raising children (or young animals in the case of 养育), and with 喂养, which focuses on feeding rather than the full care cycle. 养殖 is broader, covering breeding and cultivation of animals, fish, and even plants.
