Definition
齐全 (qí quán) means 'complete, comprehensive' and is used for a set of items or facilities being all present and in order (e.g., equipment, menu). It differs from 完整 (wán zhěng), which emphasizes wholeness and not being damaged, and from 全面 (quán miàn), which focuses on covering all aspects. Note that 齐全 is a compound; the single character 齐 (qí) alone means 'neat, even' or 'all together', not 'complete'.
