Advanced uses of 都
In advanced uses, 都 can mean "even" to emphasize an unexpected or extreme situation, often paired with 能 (can) to express "even can...". Use it to highlight a surprising degree or capability, like being so moved you can even hallucinate something.

Examples
- 我很想妈妈，有时候我都能看见她。Wǒ hěn xiǎng mā ma, yǒu shí hou wǒ dōu néng kàn jiàn tā.I really miss Mom. Sometimes I can even see her.
- 我都能闻见面包的香味。Wǒ dōu néng wén jiàn miàn bāo de xiāng wèi.I can even smell the aroma of bread.
- 我对你太了解了，我都能知道你下一步要做什么。Wǒ duì nǐ tài liǎo jiě le, wǒ dōu néng zhī dào nǐ xià yí bù yào zuò shén me.I know you too well. I can even tell what your next move will be.
- 你说的那些我都能想象得到。Nǐ shuō de nà xiē wǒ dōu néng xiǎng xiàng dé dào.I can imagine all those things that you said.
