Comparing 对于 and 至于
对于 (duìyú) marks the object of an attitude, feeling, or action, functioning like "regarding" or "towards". It can appear before or after the subject but never directly before a noun as an attributive. 至于 (zhìyú) introduces a new topic or shifts focus, like "as for," and is not interchangeable with 对于.
