Expressing "again" in the past with 又
Use 又 to express that an action has already happened again, at least for the second time in the past. The sentence typically ends with 了. Do not use 又 for future repeated actions—use 再 instead.

Examples
- 又下雨了！Yòu xiàyǔ le !It rained again!
- 你又迟到了。Nǐ yòu chídào le .You're late again.
- 宝宝又哭了。Bǎobao yòu kū le .The baby is crying again.
