Inability with 没办法

Use 没办法 before a verb to express that there is no way to do something, often due to external constraints. The phrase acts as a modal auxiliary; do not omit the following verb.

  • 今天太忙了,中午没办法出去吃饭。
    Jīn tiān tài máng le, zhōng wǔ méi bàn fǎ chū qù chī fàn.
