Inability with 没办法
Use 没办法 before a verb to express that there is no way to do something, often due to external constraints. The phrase acts as a modal auxiliary; do not omit the following verb.

- 今天太忙了,中午没办法出去吃饭。Jīn tiān tài máng le, zhōng wǔ méi bàn fǎ chū qù chī fàn.It's too busy today. There's no way to go out for lunch.
- 他没带手机,没办法给我打电话。Tā méi dài shǒu jī, méi bàn fǎ gěi wǒ dǎ diàn huà.He didn't bring his phone, so he has no way to give me a call.
