  Every time I think about those past events, I feel a bit sad.
• 那些往事已经过去了，你不用再担心了。
  Nà xiē wǎng shì yǐ jīng guò qù le, nǐ bú yòng zài dān xīn le.
  Those past events are already over, so you don't need to worry anymore.
• 他经常跟我讲他年轻时的往事。
