• 作为负责人，你不能遇到困难就撒手不管。
  Zuò wéi fù zé rén, nǐ bù néng yù dào kùn nan jiù sā.
  As the person in charge, you can't just wash your hands of it when you run into difficulties.
• 公司出了问题，老板却撒手不管，员工们都很失望。
