重组 (chóng zǔ) — to reorganize, to restructure, to recombine

Definition

重组 means to reorganize or recombine existing elements into a new structure (a company, cabinet, or even genes). Unlike 组建 ('set up' something new from scratch), 重组 restructures what already exists.
