Definition
不管 (bù guǎn) means 'no matter' or 'regardless of' and is used with question words (what, who, how) before two clauses; the second clause often has 都/也. It's the everyday, colloquial choice. 无论 (wú lùn) and 不论 (bù lùn) mean the same but are more formal, common in writing.
