专程 (zhuān chéng) means 'specially, for a particular purpose' and specifically emphasizes making a dedicated trip or journey for that purpose. It is more formal than 特意/特地 (tè yì/tè dì) and narrower than 专门 (zhuān mén), which can also mean 'specially' without implying travel.
