中计 is a separable verb (离合词) meaning 'to be tricked' or 'to fall into a trap'. It literally means 'to hit the plan' (中 zhòng = to hit, 计 = plan). The verb 中 and the object 计 can split when you add aspect markers like 了 or measure words: for example, 中了计 ('fell into the trap') or 中过他的计 ('have fallen into his trap before'). Note that 中 here is pronounced zhòng (4th tone), not zhōng.
