互动 (hù dòng) means 'to interact' — mutual, reciprocal actions between people, like in a class discussion or online platform. It differs from 交流 (jiāo liú), which is about exchanging information/ideas, and from 相处 (xiāng chǔ), which is about getting along in relationships.
