人格 (rén gé) refers to a person's overall character, including both their personality and moral integrity. Unlike 性格 (xìng gé), which focuses on temperament and behavioral traits, 人格 emphasizes ethical quality and self-respect. For the 'integrity' sense, 人格 is broader than 人品 (rén pǐn 'moral character') and more internal than 面子 (miàn zi 'social face').
