会儿 is a colloquial noun meaning 'a short while' or 'moment', almost always used in the fixed phrase 一会儿 (yīhuì, 'a little while') or combined with 这/那 to form 这会儿 (zhèhuì, 'right now') and 那会儿 (nàhuì, 'at that time').
