Definition
充值 (chōng zhí) means to add money to an account, phone credit, or card — it's about financial 'top-up'. Don't confuse it with 充电 (chōng diàn), which means to recharge a battery or (figuratively) refresh energy: one is for monetary value, the other for electrical power.
