加压 is a separable verb (离合词) meaning 'to pressurize' or 'to increase pressure', used both literally (e.g. in engineering, cooking) and figuratively (e.g. in work or stress). You can split it as 加…压 to insert an element such as a measure word, duration, or complement: 加了一次压 ('applied pressure once'), 加了半个小时压 ('pressurized for half an hour').
