Definition
印章 (yìnzhāng) is a general noun for a physical seal or stamp used to imprint ink, often for official documents or personal use. It is broader than 印 (yìn), which can also be a verb meaning 'to print', and distinct from 戳 (chuō), which is a more colloquial term for a rubber stamp or a jab. Unlike 邮票 (yóupiào 'postage stamp'), 印章 is for imprinting, not mailing.
