Definition
反正 (fǎnzhèng) is a casual spoken adverb meaning 'anyway / in any case', used to state a conclusion that holds regardless of opposite conditions. It's less formal than 无论如何 (wúlùnrúhé 'no matter what') and doesn't carry the 'at least' implication of 好歹 (hǎodǎi).
