含有 (hán yǒu) means 'to contain' as a physical ingredient or component (e.g., nutrients in food, elements in air). It is more concrete than 包含 (bāo hán), which applies to both physical and abstract inclusion, and differs from 包括 (bāo kuò), which lists items as part of a set or category.
