Definition
吹拂 is a literary verb meaning 'to brush gently' or 'to caress', used specifically for the soft, gentle touch of a breeze. You will encounter it in descriptions of wind moving over skin, leaves, or fabric. It does NOT mean 'recommend' or 'praise' — those senses belong to the different word 吹捧. Note that the correct pinyin is chuī fú, not chuī bì.
