呐喊 (nà hǎn) means 'to shout / to cry out' but is used in literary or formal contexts, especially for a rallying cry or an appeal for justice — unlike the everyday 喊 (hǎn). It often appears in writing or vigorous expression of a cause, not for ordinary shouting.
