回落 (huí luò) means 'to fall back after a rise' and is used specifically for prices, water levels, or market indices that had previously increased. It differs from 倒退 (dào tuì), which means 'to go backward' in a general sense (e.g., retreating, reversing), and from 回升 (huí shēng), which is the opposite direction—'to rise again after a fall'.
