Definition
埋怨 (mán yuàn) means 'to complain' but with a stronger sense of blaming someone and harboring resentment toward a specific person or thing. It is more accusatory than 抱怨 (bào yuàn), which is a broader, less targeted complaint. 投诉 (tóu sù) is a formal complaint to an authority, not interpersonal grumbling.
