Definition
婴 is a bound form (不成词语素) that cannot stand alone as a word in modern Chinese. It always appears as part of a compound, most commonly 婴儿 (yīng'ér, 'baby/infant'). You'll also see it in 婴幼儿 (yīngyòu'ér, 'infants and young children') and 母婴 (mǔyīng, 'mother and baby'). Because it's a bound form, you never use 婴 by itself — always attach it to another morpheme.
