Definition
就业 (jiù yè) means 'to get a job' and focuses on successfully finding employment (the result or state). 求职 (qiú zhí) emphasizes the process of job-seeking; 从业 (cóng yè) is more formal and means to work in a particular profession or industry. Unlike 从业, 就业 can also be used as a noun (e.g. 就业形势 'employment situation').
