尿床 is a separable verb-object compound (离合词) meaning 'to wet the bed'. The verb 尿 (to urinate) and the object 床 (bed) can split when adding aspect markers, measure words, or time expressions: 尿了床 (wet the bed), 尿过一次床 (wet the bed once).
