Definition
心慌 (xīn huāng) describes a flustered, anxious feeling with a physical sense of a racing heart — more specific than 紧张 (general nervousness) and distinct from 慌张 (outward agitation) or 恐慌 (strong panic). In some dialects it directly means 'heart palpitations'.
