Definition
打卡 (dǎ kǎ) means to clock in/out at work using a card or app, or to check in on social media at a location. Unlike 入住 (rù zhù, hotel check-in) or 报到 (bào dào, reporting for duty), 打卡 always involves a physical or digital record of your presence, often for attendance or social sharing.
