Definition
拒收 is a verb-object compound (离合词) meaning 'to refuse to accept'. It is commonly used for deliveries, shipments, documents, or official notices. Like other separable verbs, you can split it by inserting aspect markers or complements between the two syllables, e.g., 拒了收 ('refused to accept'), 拒过收 ('have refused to accept'). The object usually follows the whole compound or appears after the split form.
