Definition
推出 (tuī chū) means 'to launch, release, or roll out' a product, service, or policy — it emphasizes bringing something new to the market or public. It differs from 发布 (fā bù), which is for announcing news or statements, and from 发行 (fā xíng), which is for publishing books, films, or issuing currency.
