Definition
播出 is a resultative verb (r.v.) combining 播 (to broadcast) and 出 (out/result). It means 'to broadcast (and have it go out/release)', used for TV/radio programs, films, music, etc. Unlike the generic 广播, 播出 emphasizes the release or airing of content. As a verb-complement compound, it can separate to express possibility or impossibility: e.g., 播不出来 'can't air' (technical failure), 播得出来 'can air successfully'.
