Definition
硬朗 (yìnglang) describes an older person's body as robust and healthy, often with a sense of sturdiness and vitality for their age. It is more specific to seniors than 强壮 (qiángzhuàng 'strong, sturdy'), which applies broadly, and differs from 健康 (jiànkāng 'healthy'), which is a general, neutral term for anyone's health.
