神仙 (shén xiān) is a general term for immortals or supernatural beings in Daoism and Chinese mythology, often with magical powers. 仙女 (xiān nǚ) specifically refers to a beautiful female celestial maiden (fairy). 神仙 can also be used figuratively for a carefree person living an easy life.
