神通广大 is a four-character idiom (成语) that describes someone with extraordinary abilities or seemingly magical resourcefulness — literally 'supernatural powers, vast and wide'. It can be used seriously (e.g., describing a mythical figure) or ironically to praise someone's cleverness at getting things done.
