秘方 (mì fāng) is a concrete secret recipe or formula, often for medicine, cooking, or a specific product. 秘诀 (mì jué) is more abstract: a secret to success or a key method. Use 秘方 for a literal, fixed formula; use 秘诀 for a general technique or tip.
